The third Marvel HeroClix expansion was released in December 2003. Critical Mass is a 96-figure set that contains bigger, bader, versions of all Marvel's most popular heroes and loathsome villains. Included are the intelligent Hulk, Wolverine as Patch, Venom, The Brood Queen and her Brood Warriors, the long-awaited HeroClix debut of The Silver Surfer, and other favorites. Collect all 96 figures to put together the team you've always dreamed of and challenge your friends to a game of mayhem in the mighty Marvel tradition!

CONTENTS: Each booster pack now features tamper-proof packaging and contains four randomly inserted, prepainted, fully assembled miniatures and four I.D. Stickers. Each Factory Sealed Case contains a FREE Marvel HeroClix: Critical Mass Poster. A Marvel HeroClix: Universe Starter set is needed to play.

Factory Retired: Wizkids have discontinued production of this expansion, Critical Mass Boosters, Singles and Uniques are becoming hard-to-find and we forecast further dramatic price increases in the coming months.
